Quantity Surveyor Required

I'm looking for a Quantity Surveyor or construction professional to help build a comprehensive procurement and preferred supplier database for a groundworks and civil engineering business.
The objective is to identify and compile reliable suppliers and subcontractors across the North of England and the Midlands.
The database will be an organised into Excel.
Experience within the UK construction industry is essential, with a good understanding of subcontractors, procurement, and supply chain management.
