Quantity Surveyor for Comparison of Quotes from Builders

I have received several quotes for building work on my home and am looking for a good quantity surveyor to do a comparison between one quote and the others, highlighting any differences and then showing a sub-total of the other quotes 'like for like' against the one quote I want compared to the others.

Can you please give me a cost for the comparisons and an accurate estimate of when you might complete the work.

So in summary I have one schedule of works from my prefered builder and I have 4 other quotes/schedule of works from other builders. I want each of the other 4 schedule of works compared to my preferred builders schedule of works and differences highlighted then the other 4 schedules of works comparative costs shown.
