Quantity surveying for London bar/restaurant build/refurb - QS

I'm looking for someone to:

-create a BOQ/SOW
-quantify materials and labour
-put costs to all materials, labour and prelimnary items
-allow for a 1-hour video/audio call following the submission to run through the list of items and drawings

The project is in London, England. I'm looking for a pretty quick turnaround if possible and ideally looking for someone who will be able to work with us regularly on future projects of a similar nature too
