Pulling figures from the website and updating google spreadsheet

I have a google file https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jxc667AyeIq7aXXBIlbvAaXR3jFnYldEtZfeRgCaXoc/edit#gid=84669383
There are few tabs EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, USDCAD
I update columns A,B,C,D,F for each tab.
The data comes from here http://www.cftc.gov/dea/futures/deacmesf.htm
For example
In the first tab EURUSD there are few columns:
Date, longs, shorts, open interest
The figures come from here the above link as per attached screenshot

CFTC also keeps these figures in the excel format here http://www.cftc.gov/files/dea/history/dea_fut_xls_2017.zip
The data is updated every Friday in the same location

Requirement:
I need to be able easily update my google sheet with:
Date, longs, shorts, open interest and populate the rest of columns in each tab.
At the moment, I update the file by coping and pasting but I need an automated way to pull the figures from the cftc website and update my google sheet.
