Project Manager

I have a project which needs to be taken from where it is now to launch by 1st October.

There are three phases which need to be dealt with:
# marketing
# website
# admin
and, my guess is that there will be general administration as well.

I have the ideas, cash and will make the decisions but I don't have the time. I need you to work through a list of jobs in each heading, recruit any specialists needed and badger/organise me if I need it.

There is a long list of work but the right person will have little difficulty in sorting out what I need - no rocket science is required.

You will need to enter into an NDA and I will need ongoing, regular contact from you throughout the job.

There is an urgency associated with the work and my resources are limited. I expect to pay no more than £250 for each stage, to pay a small deposit and to pay for each stage as it is completed.

It is unlikely that you will be able to carry out what I need from outside the UK.
