Description of consulting work: We would like a Presentation of how to plan a project for the below:


Section 1;
Outline your approach to Project Management in terms of reviewing the current process, structure, reporting lines, management of existing and new projects and how you would support the Head of Change, and key stakeholders in their delivery. We are interested in the approach, operation and communication of projects, (including risks and issues), on a day to day basis, as well as how conflict is managed both in resource and competing priority of works

Section 2;
We would ask by way of example, how you would take us through the Project lifecycle demonstrating the areas, in which a Project Manager will control, manage and mitigate the project, using the discipline of the Prince2 Methodologies and how your role and responsibilities lie within the team?

- We have a new project pending within the group strategy projects; the project is to service a loan book of 300 accounts. The project will require the data migration of the current accounts from Company A to our data warehouse. Fortunately this migration will also happen across the same application as it is used by both Company A and us. The application is managed and hosted by the same 3rd party application vendor. There are 2 sides to the project IT & Business in which the migration of data needs to happen and also the understanding and mapping of the products in which we will be servicing.

o Documentation used throughout the Lifecycle
 Documents produced
o Management of resource and 3rd party resource
 Role and Responsibilities
o Testing and Implementation Delivery
