Prepare formwork bills of quantities

Hello,

I am interested in subcontracting out the preparation of Bill's of Quantities for a formwork and concrete subcontracting business in Australia.

Jobs are usually between 10,000 and 50,000 square meters of total formed area per job. I am seeking someone who is able to commit to a quick turnaround and work on a lumpsum price.

Accuracy is very important and all work would need to be set out to our guidelines.

Can you send me information on what estimating software you are using, and details of any past measures you have done on large concrete/ formwork projects, I will need to see actual examples of concrete or formwork bills of quantities you have prepared.

We are not interested in letting this work our on an hourly rate basis so we will need your to present your offer as follows:

1. jobs up to 10,000m2 = $....................
2. additional cost per m2 for jobs over 10,000m2 in size = $..................
