Assistant Project Manager required to complete sets of tasks required in the build stage of a Eco Cabin retreat in Scotland.
Planning shortly to be accepted for 5 Cabins.
You will work closely with PM/ Director in achieving specific tasks reporting to PM . Must have Buy - in and passion for companies Vision. Excellent Phone Manner. Tough negotiator.
Main tasks:
- Tendering for Groundworks, Carpenters, Builders & other utility services.
- Negotiating best prices within build industry
- Some Input on design via research.
- Researching
- Office tasks , documents.
- Handling PMs emails.
- Occasional Visit to Scotland - Highlands.
Preference is that you are near Buckingham , UK .
