I am seeking an experienced and qualified food scientist/ technologist/nutritionist with experience in plant protein formulations and applications to assist in a long-term project to develop a range of plant proteins – flours, isolates, concentrates, and hydrolysed.
We will initially focus on pea and pulse proteins but are also interested in Seaweed and algae formulations.
Experience with similar products from ADM, Kerry, Ingredion etc., is advantageous.
I will share more information with the successful candidate.
