Plan week-long seminar visit for 25-30 pax to Iceland this August 2015

Need someone to design a bespoke week-long visit for a 25-30 pax seminar to Iceland. Time spent will be roughly half in a seminar and half visiting/doing activities.

- Arrival into Rekjavik August 23rd, Departure August 29.
- Preferably stay in one hotel and move around from there. Although ok to move to a second hotel if needed.
- Seminar space has to be more than just a hotel banquet. It needs a wow factor.
- In terms of activities, can be anything from hot springs to snowmobiling to skydiving.

Preferably this is for someone based in Iceland and/or has extensive experience with travel and tourism in Iceland.

Delierable is a detailed spec of our week, with locations we could stay and hold the seminar, what activities we could do, transport in between, etc, as well as precise contacts of people with which to make bookings. Of course, negotiated rates would be a massive plus.

Time frame, urgent.
