Phone call role play record

I want to have a role-play conversation with someone who can act as a landlord, and I will give that person a call and try to pitch them to take their property on and run as an Airbnb

Phone calls can last between 10-15 minutes or so. What I plan on doing with this recording is posting it across my social media channels to educate people on how to best approach landlords for this
