Online/Mobile app quotation tool.

We need a quotation tool building for us so that we can complete a quotation for a customer. We need to be able to add customer details and pricing. We also need it to be able to change the installer as we use different ones. We need it to change the logo of the installer also. We need this completing as an online app of some kind or whatever you can advise would be better. We also want it to duplicate customers details onto a second page as we need a customer copy and an office copy. We would want it to be fancy with lots of pictures of our company in and logo's and stuff. We would also like it to let the customer sign it online as well so it can be emailed signed and emailed back.
