Network Configuration using TP-Link

Hi, we install IP CCTV systems and have a project which requires a bit more networking knowledge than we have in house. We have 1 x TL-SG2424P and 3 x TL-SG2210P connected via fiber patch leads on our bench test at the moment and we need to configure VLANS for the cameras, the viewing clients and we are also adding on some Ubiquiti AP's so I guess they also need a VLAN. We have a TD-W9980 router which for managing IP's and will most likely bring in internet from the existing site router. I think what I'm looking for is someone to walk through the settings on the switches and show me how to setup the VLANs (remote desktop??)..
