Need supplier of microfibre seamless neck tubes

I am looking for the name and address of a a couple of manufacturers of seamless microfibre neck tubes. Please note that I am looking to resell these so someone who is buying them in is of no use to me. It needs to be the manufacturer who makes the tubes and can supply them printed to my designs.

I can find no shortage of people who will supply them but they are all resellers and as I would be selling at the same price they are, I obviously need to find out who they are buying them from. I am looking to personalise them for customers so need them printed. This is a long term job.
I am willing to pay just for the information and once it is confirmed that the people can supply I will release payment.
The quantities that I require printed will be between 20 and 500 although exceptionally there could be more.
