Hi there
I want to replace my electroless copper plating bath with all green chemicals. (free of formaldehyde and all toxic things)
I need a practical recipe with good deposition rate(more than 7um/h) to replace the glyoxal solution which is toxic,
Now I use
-Copper sulfate pentahydrate
-Sodium potassium tartrate
-Sodium Hydroxide
-Glyoxal
I appreciate if you could provide any changes to top list to make the copper electroless plating better and greener.
