Need Recruiter

TechHavenLabs is looking for a Recruiter to help us grow our remote team and support our hiring for expanding software projects. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting the building of a strong talent pipeline. In addition, you can assist with product promotion, help expand early user adoption, and collect user feedback for product improvement. This is a fully remote, part-time contract position with opportunities for long-term growth and potential leadership roles as the team expands. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working in a startup setting, and able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical candidates.
