I am a UK based company being paid royalties from the USA and I have been asked for a United States EIN Tax Identification number. I need help / advice on obtaining this. If it's something I have to do myself then I want a list of clear instructions on how to do this with web links, addresses to send stuff etc as I'm too busy to research it and don't want to get it wrong!
