We are looking to setup a virtual server with OVH to host multiple servers - 3CX - Unifi - Linux. We would need assistance in selecting the correct server for our current requirements and moving forward.

We would like to host the Virtual servers with either Hyper-v or VMware (also open to other better or cheaper solutions)
