Need a Chartered Accountant

I require a letter from an chartered accountant confirming the UK Law to a oversea bank. I am an accountant and run a business for small companies and I prepare the accounts for people to submit to companies house. I will need confirmed I am allowed to do this for companies where there turnovers are £5.6 million and less.

This is nothing to difficult and would expect this to cost no more that £100.
