Mystery Shopper

We seek discreet mystery shoppers to pose as patients at our clinics nationwide and record their visits on video. You will evaluate interactions against a provided checklist of service, professionalism, and facility metrics and submit candid feedback. Videos will be reviewed independently by our team to corroborate ratings. Applicants must be reliable, observant, and comfortable recording encounters while following our instructions and ethical guidelines.
