I need to discuss both mine and my fathers mortgage sitiation. He has property on a BTL mortgage with 140k outstanding, we're about to finish developing this and think it'll have a value of c1.2mm.
I have a property with 200k quity, valued c415k. I am also a business owner with a good salary & profitable accounts via goup of companies.
With the impending CGT increase, we need to discuss our options. Can I purchased this property without the need for a (large) deposit via him 'gifting' me? Can I be added to the mortgage etc etc
