Mock Interview training

I seek an experienced individual to provide mock interview training for one to two caregiver candidates today. The virtual interview sessions, to be conducted via Google Meet, will last approximately one to one and a half hours each. As the hiring manager, I have composed a list of relevant questions tailored to the open roles as well as expectations regarding candidates' responses. The goal is tosimulate a real interview experience to adequately prepare the applicants.

As the mock interviewer, your responsibilities will be to: review the provided questions and hiring criteria ahead of time; interact professionally yet personably with each job seeker via videoconference; pose the inquiries and follow up as needed based on their replies; provide verbal and written feedback on areas of strength and growth; and offer interview best practices. Relevant qualifications for this impromptu role include a background in caregiving, human resources, coaching or a similar field, as well as demonstrated skills in active listening, clear communication and constructive evaluation.

Compensation will be commensurate with your experience. The urgent nature of this request is due to the candidates’ interviews being scheduled for later this week, so your availability within the next few hours to perform these mock sessions would be pivotal.
