Microsoft Project and Construction Project management for UK

We are seeking a highly skilled construction project manager to oversee back-office operations for our various construction ventures throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise utilizing Microsoft Project to plan, coordinate, and update the critical path schedules and timelines for multiple concurrently running projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for collaborative communication is essential for keeping all stakeholders informed. Financial management will also be a core responsibility, requiring the applicant to track project budgets, labor and material costs, invoicing, and profit/loss reporting in a timely manner. Experience estimating costs for construction projects based on UK standards would be exceptionally valuable as a supplementary skillset. The workload may vary depending on the number of active jobsites but will require consistently monitoring progress and issues across all assignments. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are needed to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with field supervisors, clients, and business partners are a necessity. Proficiency with relevant estimating and is preferred. position with potential for growth. Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of related project management experience in construction.
