Description
Experience Level: Entry
General information for the business: We sell IT asset management services to medium to large businesses. We manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software
Description of support work: I need to find out why organisations need to manage their IT assets. PCs, screens, phones, laptops, printers, servers, storage, ipads etc... as well as their software installed. What is the benefit if the company knows where everything is located. What causes them pain if it's not managed very well? who in the organisation is in charge of the budget?
My target market is large companies with more than 500 employees in the London area.
Extra notes: From the information that I get i'm looking to write a guide that I can offer my prospects. It's needs to contain valuable information about asset management, that could save them money of stop them from being overcharged, wasting money or incurring penalties due to audits etc....
