MariaDB 5.5.65 investigation server load

In a webmin/usermin webserver, 5 prestashop websites are hosted.
Those websites have a medium level traffic.

For some reason mariadb 5.5.xx is causing cpu load in our webserver and we cannot find the root cause of the cpu load.

We need an expert enginneer to investigate our webserver and report back to us what is needed to be done in order to bring back webserve to smooth operation.
