Manchester Property Sourcer

I am a property investor looking for somebody who lives in Manchester (UK) to source some properties for me in the local area.


I live in the South of England so undertaking this simple but important task isn't an option for me.


The work is simple and straightforward: I am looking for someone to go visit:
1) a specified postcode/street address I have researched and for you to make a list of properties up for sale (with for sale signs outside).


I would send you a list of criteria to follow (where to look, what to exclude, what to be interested in) and all you would have to do is make lists, jot down observations (which i would set out in my criteria) and report back on what you have found.


Once you have made these notes, such as the agent and contact details, I can then take these details and make the necessary phone calls.


This job is based on a day rate and not hourly, whether you want to do it in one swoop or spread it across a leisurely day is fine. The job will take between 2-4 hours depending on your mode of transport (car, bike, public).


It will be compulsory to discuss things further over the phone/on skype so that I can be sure you are the right kind of character for the role so please, only serious, conscientious freelancers please!


And of course, you need to be based in Manchester or be willing to travel unpaid. Work should be completed within 1-3 days.
