We require help implementing a file transfer system, whereby our current in house server files are marked read only and are transferred over to sharepoint by our team members every time an individual needs to access them - thereby showing us which files are needed over a 6-8 week period. Remainder files will be archived and we will then migrate over to sharepoint fully. We have an IT company managing the technical aspects of this work, but require an IT savvy individual to manage the project and liaise with our team regarding difficulties that they may experience especially around knowing where to save files in our new sharepoint structure. Help is also needed in the form of acting as a central go-between for our team and our IT company in order to help iron out any teething issues that we've been experiencing with the implementation of our recent IT set up. Assistance with setting up an intranet site in the future may also be required. To reiterate, his post requires an individual to manage this change-over for us rather than carry out the IT changes themselves.
