Make bookings to view residential property and find owners of empty properties

Assistant required to work with me and local estate agents to book UK property viewings for me to attend in person [ strong spoken english a must]

Criteria available e.g. location , number of bedrooms and a list of other criteria - I currently use right move and zoopla for property alerts which can be directed to your email to speed up the screening process

£1 Payment is made on a successful booking when I can attend the viewing

£5 Payment is made when valid telephone contact details are supplied for property owners of vacant property in my search area

Target is 7 viewings per week and 5 valid contact details per month for vacant property
