Macro templates - Word files

We have several Word files which we need to be macro'd in Visual Basic so that we can use them for our templated responses for our client correspondence. We need 4 files to be updated and a few more to be created from scratch. I have uploaded a sample of what we have already to this job (this is one of the most basic we have). Please quote for your hourly fee and estimate how much time you would need to
a) update 4 files similar to the attached and 1 longer document with our requested changes to the content
b) create from scratch the templates (we provide the content) with similar macros to the attached
