Research Internationally to find any research or experiences of relief or cure .e.g Google.scholar, foreign blogs etc

My daughter Emma has this terrible disease M.E./ Chronic Fatigue. Every day for 15 years she wakes up feeling dreadful. Whilst there is no 'cure' as such there are many people who have recovered or gained partial relief from symptoms. I am looking to accumulate 'anecdotal evidence' from other countries throughout the world whether English speaking or not. For example ' what is the best advice an American M.E. Association might offer?' Every country will have some published data on M.E./ Chronic Fatigue (maybe by another name) but I would not really know how to access into non-UK data.

I am hopefull that a really good 'Social media blogger' would know how to reach everyday people with a useful story to tell about their own improvement.

At some point I would like to assemble a Non-Scientifc database of what Cured or 'Improved' people did to achieve this improvement.
