London Based Personal Assistant required for busy Photographer.

Description of support work: A high-profile photographer is looking for a part-time PA to provide full personal assistant support. This individual will be working from his or her own office but must be available to meet in person on occasions as required. This requires them to be in or within easy reach of London.

This gentleman is looking for a highly organised, efficient and super switched on PA who wants to get involved in helping him take his business to the next level. Commission will be paid on new business created.
You will

• Be excited to be involved in the development of a business that helps socially and environmentally conscious organisations communicate their values and visions.
• Be involved in creating and implementing a sophisticated business/marketing plan.
• Enjoy the challenge of attracting and maintaining loyal clients, including making phone calls to potential customers
• Have good creative writing skills and experience in setting up and managing various social media accounts.
• Be responsible for maintaining the business newsletter.
• Be available to come to his office occasionally to provide admin support.
This role is part-time and as needed.
The candidate should be a sophisticated, creative individual who appreciates the Arts, particularly photography, video and design.

Experience in the photography and/or creative industry would be an advantage. Knowledge of photographic competitions, grants, agencies, and exhibitions etc would also be great.

Experience of Social Enterprise/Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility, or a passion for learning about it would be very advantageous.

If you are au fait with Photoshop/Lightroom and InDesign software and are happy to take on further creative projects, postproduction and cataloguing, this will be a bonus.

You will be required to sign an internal agreement and you must be able to provide identification.
