We have a project to implement Linnworks in our business. Currently, we operate a Magento website with M2ePro as the multi-channel integration software and we intend that Linnworks will replace M2ePro. Our business sells through our own website, eBay UK and Amazon internationally.
The project to implement Linnworks has been started (channels integrated, SKUs uploaded) but we are having problems taking the next steps to ensure that the order processing and reporting is done correctly.
We are very disappointed with the lack of pro-active support that is provided by Linnworks for new customers and fed up with raising a support ticket and paying for a training session every time we encounter a new problem.
We need someone who is experienced in Linnworks implementation to help us finish the project and take the system live as soon as possible.
We would prefer someone based in the UK (to minimise time zone problems).
