Liberia Company Formation & Corporate Services

I am looking to engage an experienced corporate services professional or business consultant with specific knowledge of Liberia.
The initial requirement is to establish a Liberian company and ensure the correct corporate structure, registrations and ongoing compliance arrangements are put in place.
I am particularly interested in someone who can assist with company incorporation, registered agent/office arrangements, corporate documentation, local regulatory requirements, annual compliance and practical matters involved in maintaining a Liberian company.
Ideally, you will have direct experience dealing with the Liberian Corporate Registry and established professional contacts within Liberia.
There may also be an ongoing requirement for corporate and administrative support following incorporation.
