If the HQ Jupiter is connected to a PC that is online ( have internet access).
Can you provide Teamviewer access?Andrew L.11 Jan 2017Yes, the Junipers can be connected to a PC with internet access.
I don't have a Teamviewer license, but I could install the client on a PC.

What Remote access can you provide?Andrew L.11 Jan 2017If we work together on it, it can be done via Webex or similar. I can also make the units available via a WAN type port. Lastly, if necessary, I could make a workstation available for RDP.
TSOLUTIONS11 Jan 2017RDP is more preferable because it will take awhile to config it correctly. Best to start with HQ one.
What time is convenient tomorrow?
I will put in a bid.
