JIRA expert

I want to use tempo timesheet to track all my in house work and client work for my company - specifically the Digital Marketing Function.

I need to see at a company level a staff planner with all the projects and tasks they have on the go or planned in to allocate resource properly.

Looking for this to be set up in JIRA using the Tempo Timesheets function ideally. So I need an expert to collaborate on the best set up and brief then to set this all up and get it ready to be working and in use.
