IT Training

iPLATO Healthcare is a London based Health Tech company dedicated to mobile health since 2006. We sell cloud based software solutions to Healthcare providers, typically GP's. iPLATO’s evidence based mobile health solutions have proven to improve patient access to healthcare, to enable powerful health promotion targeted at people at risk and to support people with long term conditions. Serving millions of patients and thousands of healthcare professionals every day iPLATO has emerged as the leader in mobile health in the UK.

We need some help to get our New Customers trained with our online software. Our current 1 to 1 remote training which we do over the phone takes between 60-90 mins per new user. We need to scale up our existing resources to manage an expected very high level of new Users that we expect to add over the next 12 months.

This would be an ongoing arrangement for training services as and when required. Individual training to be organised and delivered remotely at a mutually convenient time as agreed with the client in advance.
Extra notes: Desired Skills and Expertise
• Deep understanding and practical experience of delivering training for IT software packages is pre-requisite.
• Achievement of a recognised, industry relevant training qualification is required.
• Extensive experience of the whole training life cycle in an IT training environment.
• Must be an effective communicator. Both verbal and written.
• Comfortable training anyone from the MD for a 1:1 session to a group of 12.
• Able to use Microsoft Office – Work, Excel, PowerPoint to a competent standard.
• Good IT understanding with knowledge of Cloud based IT solutions.
