Integration of Capsule CRM and Mailchimp (with training)

Description of support work: I am in need of someone who knows how to use Capsule CRM and Mailchimp. They need to be able to set it up and integrate it with my word press website in addition to explaining how it works and how it can support me to get the following results:

To be able to clearly see my “client pipeline” which means where is work coming in/ who needs to be contacted week-by-week on Capsule CRM
To have tagged (or be able to tag) clients for automatic marketing/ targeting by size and revenue in Mailchimp
To update and incorporate contacts from my wordpress website whenever someone puts their details into the website form
If it can also link to XERO I would be interested to know how that works too!

I'm imagining it doesn't take long for the set-up (but I don't know!), but I also need 1-1.5 hours for basic training on "how to set up a Mailchimp email automated" and "How to generally use Capsule CRM" that would be great too or finding some excellent online resources that covers all relevant sections could also be useful.

Approx. budgeting for 2-4 hours.

I would be keen to speak to the person before engaging them (since I will be handing my data and passwords.
