Indian product database for grocery/household stuff retail website

General information for the business: We are an upcoming startup in the e-retail segment & need to have a products database including pictures with data on an excel sheet
Industry: Internet/Software
Description of support work: We are planning to launch an eRetail venture for Pune, India & require to have a product database which can be uploaded into magento site.

The database should have the following details at the least:
Name, weight/units, MRP, description, manufacturer

Prices should be updated & be relevant for Pune, India market.

We also require the images for the products which will have exactly same name as the product name. For e.g. if the product name is ABC, the image name must be ABC.jpg

We are looking at atleast 5000 products & the more the merrier!
