Independent UK HR Consultant (Fixed Fee)

Our company is seeking a UK-based independent HR consultant to chair a one-off grievance meeting remotely via Zoom and produce a short written outcome report.

Scope (Fixed Fee Only):
• Chair the grievance meeting remotely via Zoom
• Ensure the process is fair, impartial, and ACAS-compliant
• Provide a brief written outcome report

Requirements:
• Experience chairing grievance hearings in line with UK ACAS guidance
• Fully independent and impartial
• Able to work remotely
