I would like to hire a Recruiter

Hello guys,

I need some help from someone with experience as a recruiter.

I work in the housing space and I am currently experiecning a lot of demand for my business services.

I'm looking to hire Freelance/Self-employed Housing Officers to join my team on a commission only basis to help me serve my customers.

I'm looking to partner with a recruiter who can help me find these people. So far I've been finding them on LinkedIn but I would also appreciate any recruitment strategies that you may have.

Ideally the successful recruiter will have experience in filling commission-only roles for other businesses.

We're experiencing a lot of demand so I would imagine we have the opportunity to build a long-term/ongoing relationship.
