I need to get a MS Project Plan Created in 3 days

Description of consulting work: We are currently working on 3 ways to develop the material concurrently:
1: Outsource to 3rd Party (Jouve, Achieve3000, APEX)
Jouve is providing us an a la carte pricing by end of May
APEX is exploring AP content creation and feasibility for creating SAT materials
Achieve3000 is already aligned to common core standards for reading and we are exploring collaboration on New SAT creation
2: Project Firestorm
Leverage the 700+ C2 tutors to quickly crowd-source new materials
Needed problem sets have been defined by the curriculum team
3: C2 Curriculum Team
Experienced team of editors who are already working on creating New SAT problems
We’ll leverage this team further since they are now fully dedicated to the New SAT (previously spent 10hrs/wk on curriculum, now 40)
We will further leverage by offering them the chance to work up to 60hrs/wk with overtime bonuses
Concurrently, we are hiring and training additional full-time curriculum developers
