I need someone to record a set of instructions, and provide an MP3 file

Description of support work: Hi there,
I am preparing for a forthcoming martial arts competition. To help me practise, I would like someone to record a set of instructions, spoken in a clear manner, and send me the recording as an MP3 player. The instructions amount to 37 sentences, and should be a total of 1.5-2 minutes of recording.

This is just for me to use as practice. I do not mind if the speaker is male or female, but they must speak clearly so that I can follow the instructions.

I will provide a sheet with typed instructions.

Should be a fairly straightforward job - does not have to be recorded in a studio - just as long as there's not background noise to contend with. Any questions - please let me know.

When quoting for the job please also let me know how soon you can provide the finished recording.
