I need someone to help me generate additional income stream ideas

We are a social media site for musicians. The purpose of the site is to provide a place where piano and guitar players can make an income teaching newer musicians how to play via online video. Currently, the site is about 80% developed and should be launching in maybe 6-8 weeks.

What I’m looking for is a smart and creative consultant who can come up with new ideas and additions to help differentiate the site, offer new and desired services, and increase revenues....

I’m attaching the design of the site just for reference. Please keep in mind that this is a consulting job and not a development job. The development is already being taken care of and is almost finished, but I want to expand the services of the company more.
