I need some macros written/set up on outlook to delete certain emails after a delay

Kind of support: Email
Description of support work: I get several regular email newsletters eg from job-boards or from wowcher. I would like these to be deleted automatically after, say, 5 days, as they are no use after that time. From reading on the web, it looks to me as if the only way to do this is to write some macros. That's beyond my competence. And if someone wrote me a macro they would need to tell me how to install it! Hope you can help
Extra notes: I do not want a solution that involves me handling each email. The whole point is that when I have been too busy to read them I want them to disappear automatically
