I need IT Support for issues with my router and wireless network

Description of support work: Since we moved the router from one side of the office to the other, we're getting internet drop outs regularly but they're not affecting everyone at the same time. I've rebotted, changed all the ethernet cables for brand new ones and have had the internet provider checking the connection. They've reported that they're receiving errors relating to the hardware, so the router or possibly the AP although the AP is reporting drop outs so I think it is the router. i've had a look at the router and AP control panels and can't see anything obvious in the settings so now need someone else to look at it for us.

I also can't get mobile phones to connect to the internet at all although they will acknowledge that they're on the network.
