Experience Level: Intermediate
Description of support work: I need help to install Windows 7 Pro on a Toshiba Satellite Pro C850-15Q. The disk which is in it is damaged and for the purposes of this project it is dead and nothing is recoverable from it.
I need assistance in 2 particular areas. The installation must be using legitimate Windows 7. I have a Dell Windows 7 pro DVD but I do not know if I can use that on a Toshiba. The Toshiba has a Windows 7 Certificate of Authenticity stuck on it
1. I need to find out where I can legally Download a Windows 7 ISO that I can use for the install.
2. I need to know the exact drivers for the particular laptop.
