I'm not sure if this can be done, but I am hoping you can save the day.
My website was designed by a designer on PPH. My original email provider was Go Daddy, but this was changed to a different host. I was given a password which initially worked and now doesn't. This new host has no phone number but I have filled in a form explaining the problem. I have no response from the new host.
I therefore have a website which I have paid for which I cannot access emails.
I need an IT genius to help me regain access to my emails. I have tried to contact the designer who created the website, but have no response.
Please quote IF you can help me to regain access and take me through the steps to access emails via my phone.
