I need a TXT file printed in PDF with formatting preserved

I have a software generated TXT file which shows correct formatting on screen, but if I want to print it, the formatting gets muddled up.
Id like to be able to convert this TXT file into a PDF, and to preserve the formatting and page breaks (for the avoidance of doubt a new page should start with the Company name (so in this case ABCDE DIRECT LIMITED)
Id like a way of doing this more than once, as I will need to convert to PDF and preserve formatting and page breaks multiple times a month.
Any advice / help is appreciated.
A sample file is attached for 2 pages. On some occassions these can run for upto 1000 pages.

Do you need a pdf with 4 pages or a single page pdf contains all the 4 pages?
