I need a take-off of quantities in accordance with NRM2 for the Kentmere Bungalow

I'm a student studying a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and really need help in producing a take off for the roof structure and covering, fascia and soffit boards and gutters & downspouts for the attached drawing. This needs to be NRM 2 descriptions.

The issue is I studied a HNC in construction and jumped onto the 2nd year of the degree never doing a take off before and this needs to be handed in on the 14th Jan so I have no tutor help.

I can send more info and specifications if need be and I'm willing to pay as I'm really desperate for help.
