I need a spreadsheet designed for charity accounts

I need to be able to produce financial accounts and management accounts for a charity. The data will come from a Trial Balance on excel. The trial balance is exported from Sage. Sage is the accounting package that we use, however, we do not use the reporting side of it, hence the spreadsheet
I need to report management accounts by department. it also needs to be able to apportion support costs against all departments, based on a given ratio.From the same spreadsheet i need to be able to produce the annual accounts for submission to the auditors. as it is a charity, i need to be able to report both restricted and unrestricted funds.
